• It’s been a long time coming but work is now underway to create an amazing dog property here in the Manawatu. 2025 will focus on building our forever home here. With all the work underway across several acres and buildings, I’m taking a hiatus from breeding until late 2025 so that I can give my personal 12 dogs (including 5 seniors) the attention they will need during this chaotic time.

• If you are thinking of adding a Skylit puppy to the family in the future, you can still start the application process now. On average I receive over 300 applications a year for a very limited number of awesome Skylit puppies. Unlike a lot of breeders, I do not operate on a first come/first served basis but rather look for “best fits” — the right environments, lifestyles, and family setups for the puppies I’m planning. My next litters are being planned for late 2025. Feel free to complete the QUICK form application starter and I will reply with whether it looks like there could be a good fit. If so, you’ll be invited to complete a much more thorough “part 2” application. I will not be reviewing part 2 applications until mid 2025… once I know what litters I will be planning.
